The RRB does not send physical admit cards by post. You must download the e-Call Letter online. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the central digital portal for RRB exams at rrb.digialm.com or your specific regional RRB website (e.g., rrbcdg.gov.in).
  2. On the homepage, look for the link that says "CEN 07/2025 NTPC Undergraduate CBT 1 - e-Call Letter / City Intimation Slip".
  3. Enter your Registration Number as your User ID and your Date of Birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format) as your password. Enter the captcha code.
